Yes losing your virginity can delay your period by some days in case of some females. I personally got a delayed period after I lost my virginity. It came after five days. And I was so worried that I had checked up all the sites which only freaked me out saying that I might be pregnant. I even took pregnancy tests which came up negative everytime. So my suggestion is that don't worry and don't look up any more sites and symptoms, it'll only get you worried. Since it was your first time, your period might be late by a few days. And incase you're still scared then go for a pregnancy test.
