There are a wide variety of sexually transmitted diseases, including viruses, parasites, fungal infections and bacteria.  HPV is a sexually transmitted virus.  Herpes is a sexually transmitted virus.  And HIV is a sexually transmitted virus. 

 

So yes, if you have one kind of STD you can also have HIV.  You should probably get tested.
