I am 5'7 128LBs and passed my urine nicotine test in 24 days. They used a droplet urine test in front of me. I was able to pass a home test in five days from amazon. I wasnt a heavy smoker, but on the weekends i would smoke maybe ten a day. I drank lots of fluids and walked a mile for seven days. Nothing too crazy but i was conscious about my fluid in take. Day before the exam i did nothing special. I wanted to post this because i was one of those people freaking out about it. Hopefully i can help someone out too. My only advice is if you know they nicotine test, give yourself 3 weeks to he absolutely sure. Amazon cotinine tests are very cheap and will give you a peace of mind.
