Nicotine lowers your anxiety, so your kid has anxiety. He needs treatment for anxiety. People who do not get treatment self medicate with drugs. So I recommend mindfulness classes and meditation. Drug use is a symptom of a larger problem. Parents get educated.

I have been a pack a day for several years and have been cold turkey for about 5 weeks. Do you think this will be a safe time? I will have a test in about a week.
