Can I still be pregnant while on my cyclet?????

For the last couple of weeks, I have been feeling really sick, I have been having really bad abdominal pain, my breast are really sore and tender, I can barely eat or drink anything without my abdominal pain getting worse or without feeling sick. I have been going to the bathroom  almost every hour on the hour. Then my cycle started late, but the first couple of days it was only spotting like one minute Im on it then the next Im not but the last three days its been really heavy. So can I be pregnant or is this just a figment of my imagination? I have a 2 year old so I have had a baby before so I know what the symptoms are but its kinda gone over my head with the period still coming.
