I would like if I did not have to write this down, but unfortunately, I must. My son has just been diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia and I can only pray that he will get out of this alive and well. I guess that everything is in doctor’s hands now; all I can do is waiting now. Can someone tell me more about this condition?

CML is the most common of this kind off disorders that happen to children. Even though this condition has been found in very young children, it usually affects kids that are 6 years old, or even older. This illness includes damaged all blood cell lineages. And almost always, Philadelphia chromosome is present. There are also some other forms of this condition, but those are extremely rare cases.
