You may find some precum when using the toilet. If you "strain" it can come out and is normal.
Sperm, semen, usually doesn't come out when you urinate. There are "valves" that prevent this from happening. If you see semen when you urinate include possibilities include retrograde ejaculation. Certain medications can effect these.
