I wanted to know can Stress make you feel like you have symptoms of something you think you have have but don't ?

Stress definitely can cause you to feel and act more unusual than you would without it, mainly because stress is related with anxiety. Anxiety doesn't only make you worry, it's worst sign is that it makes you more aware of normal body functions like breathing, heartbeat or muscle tension. But it all very much depends on the amount of stress you are exposed to, what causes the stress and what symptoms exactly were you thinking about.
