You can get pregnant with precum, though it is not exactly the same as cum it does contain some sperm. I does not matter how many times the man cums, pulled out or not there is still a chance that some came out before he had a chance to pull. I would just be aware of your body as there is a chance and depending on his fertility and yours you could become pregnant
