i honestly cannot sleep at night.. im always tossing and turning and im never comfortable.. do i have to much on my mind? and i always have dreams about me trying to take care of other things.. like there was a puppy and i was trying to take care of it.. i guess i need to resolve this? .. is there a way to help myself unwine before going to bed? .. tv doesnt help and reading a book definetely doesnt help.. im stressing.. and i need answers that can help me destress

Lavender helps you relax. You could get a plug in, may be in the livingroon before you go to bed and then plug it in, in you bedroom.
You can get lavender bed linnin sprays and if you can get someone to give you a massage with lavender oils just before bedtime. All or some of these should help.
When im really stressed an just no i wont be able to sleep i will have a glass of wine. But not if your too young an not recommended to do often.

im still 17 so the glass of wine wouldnt be to good.. and the massage thing.. no one would volunteer . thanks alot for ur imput .. theres this thing that u can buy at the store its like u take a sniff of the scent and it should make u destress.. but maybe its the circonstances im in .. my grandmah just passed away.. and my other one has cancer... i dont see my boyfriend as often as before because of my new job.. and i feel like i need to spend time with my family but theres no time.. maybe im trying to juggle to much? but thats impossible to put aside.. ill try the lavender.. i have lavender body lotion.. ill try it tonight.. thanks alot!

Soft music helps... and sounds like you have alot going on, maybe try writing in a journal or something so you are not holding everything in... instead of doing ten million things at once try to just do the most important stuff first, you need to try to destress alittle bit.

whatever you are thinking about i would get up and write in a journal and ask yourself how you can solve that problem and write it down - the point is to get it off your mind and find a solution

excerise during the day can relieve stress and tension and help you sleep deeper for the hours you do sleep.
turning the lights down an hour or so before bed causes you to become more sleepy releasing melatonin
