I have taken metformin for YEARS, never anything in my stool, the yellow capsule like pills have shown in my stool recenty along with diarrhea. I take 2 fish oil capsules a day, and think these things in my stool look JUST LIKE THEM. They are filled with a tough white center.
After all these years of metformin could these capsule like feces be metformin? Doesn't look like....looks like my fish oil capsules. I stopped the fish oil several days ago, but found the capsule like feces again today.

I have had c diff in the past but been a while. I am not diabetic at all either, however I am a dialysis patient. I have had diarreah now for 2 months and I can not eat. I throw up and feel too bloated and full to start with. I have been noticing little yellow but round pill looking things in my stool. I have to wait until end of May to see my gastroenteroligist though.my primary doctor has recently given me the antibiotic ciproflaxin. Does anyone know what it could be because I don't take metformin and never have.

I take Metformin and I have, what I call baby carrots, in mine. They are orange and look exactly like baby carrots, only a little smaller. My doctor said he doesn't know what it could be. Diarrhea about 12 years now, way before the Metformin, all tests that could be done, were all negative. Anyone else have these? I would say they are anywhere from 1-2 inches long.

This happens to me too every now and then, only with loose stool, and I don’t take these meds or have diabetes or anything? Have you by chance figured out what it was? I’m concerned too

Bean shaped curds. Same here. Usually yellow white and bigger than a kidney bean. Recently had kidney bean color in loose stool. I take metformin extended release but they are small white tablets. Not even these. I do eat cheese. I saw here in the treads calling it casein curds. That makes sense. I was worried it might be a parasite pod or something. A way to test out would be to eliminate dairy for a week to see. Or do a parasite cleanse. Black Walnut extract for 2 weeks.

Wow! This happens to me also. Today i btoke one open and it looks like a twinkie it had a perfectly shaped white center. I also take 750 mg tablet metphormin. Its white not a capsule

Me too!!! I thouggt wow im not chewing my food good. Today more yekkowish. I btoke it in half and it has a small white center. Yes i eat cheese and yes im on metphormin about the size of these baby carrotts but its a white tablet not a capsule
