Does the combination of no alcohol use and 3 hrs/wk of cardio change the brain chemistry after 3 months to give continuous feelings of wellness, euphoria, well being and positive attitude? Any research on this?

Well, alcohol is a depressant.
But I think the 3 hrs a week of exercise is responsible for the feeling of well being.
