Okay, let's get to the point. Pulmonary embolism is total or partial obstruction of pulmonary vascular blood vessels net. If not treated, it can be fatal. Obstruction can be caused by many things. Very often causes of pulmonary embolism are thrombus from deep leg's vein, amniotic fluid, air and fat tissue, hyper coagulation of blood because of pregnancy or previous operation.
