I have been having some unpleasant symptoms lately - headaches, difficulty in moving about and keeping in balance, and an unexplainable general change in the sensations of my body. Weird, hey? Well, I looked it up, and wikipedia says those are symptoms of cerebral vasculitis. I hope not! What are the chances I have this?

It is understandable that you are afraid and especially because you are experiencing symptoms which can be signs of few very serious conditions. Instead of thinking and stressing yourself out with tons of questions I think that it would be best for you to visit your doctor and tell him about the symptoms and about your concerns.
After he does certain tests and analysis he will be able to tell you the right diagnosis, in case that you are really suffering from some condition. It is possible that you are under large amount of stress and sometimes stress can bring symptoms similar to yours. Anyhow keep us posted about your condition and good luck.
