i have had a mri showing a 2mm posterior protruding disc buldge of c4-c5 and c5-c6. I am wondering how bad this reading is and if i should be concerned if my symptoms are worse? symptoms are increased arm numbness with occasional shooting pain,shoulder/neck pain and thoracic severe pain.

I also am in severe pain with ringing in the ears and migraines. if anyone has any advice on these types of cervical buldges i would greatly appreciate it
