Yes, it is possible. But it really isn't likely. It is harder for sperm to get where it needs to go when starting from the outside. Ejaculate contains millions of sperm and yet only a very few reach the egg. There are other reasons it is unlikely but I would need to get my book out, which take a little time since I am not sure where it is. But again, it is possible. I doubt you are pregnant, but in the future you need to be more careful. Cuddling in your underwear is probably all right.
