my last period began on the 27th of june and ended on the 5th of july. i used to have a 32 day cycle but the last few months i've had a 28 day cycle. on the 7th of july, i had sex, i used a condom and it didn't burst. but before having sex i gave my bf a hand job and he came, and got it on his hands. after sex he didn't finger me properly, but he rubbed me down there, he did go to the bathroom to clean up and wiped his hands but today i had light bleeding, it wasn't a vast amount but there was enough to notice it, it can't be my period as its not due for around another 18 days or so so my first thought was that it was implantation bleeding, could this be possible?

It may be ovulation bleeding, the timing is about right.
If he wore a condom and any sperm on his hands had dried it is unlikely you are pregnant.
You need to wait at least 2, preferably 3, weeks before testing.
