I am 29 years old and I have to admit that I feel great! For two years now, I have been leading a healthy life and that produced stronger immune system, 25 kilos less and batteries full of energy. It is actually. Too bad that most of the people make a big fuss over that. The formula is simple, eat less than your body spends and that is it. You are bound to lose weight sooner or later. Adding exercise will only speed up the process, make you and your immune system much stronger and resistant to all sorts of viruses, illnesses etc.
