Hi, sometimes I get the chills and goosebumps when I pee, even when I'm not cold. I have very good health and no other urinary symptoms. How long do I have to live ;) ? Seriously, anyone else get this?

For how long has this been happening? Really, the first time I hear about the problem like this - but as you said, as long as there is no other urinary tract problems and your health is good, chances are far more likely that this is some odd reaction your body has connected with urination. The chills - how long they last? Is it only when you pee, or does it continue for some time after you finish?

The chills last only for 10 seconds or so, right when I start, but the goose bumps are definitely higher then a millimeter and my body hair (like on my arms) stand up pretty straight.

I'm even more convinced now that it's just a odd reaction - if chills lasted longer or if there were any other health problems, than it would maybe be something significant. This way, it seems it's just that the nerve impulses that are triggering the start of urination are also triggering the nerves that control your body temperature. It even might be a reaction you learned at one point in life - it hasn't been always this way, or was it?

I actually have the exact same issue, I sometimes stand with my foot over a heating vent in the floor trying to not get the chils when i urinate, does not stop them though.

According to Dr. Oz, it's common and normal.
