Hi! I've been having a very strange feeling in my right thigh about twice a week (It used to be less) it is directly in the centre of my right thigh and feels like a cigarette burn. This can happen anywhere! It just happened as I was making a cup of coffee and I assumed I had spilt the burning water on my leg...but nothing! It lasts about 5 seconds and just makes no sense! Any ideas? x

I have the same. Wakes me up at night feels like a cigarette burn and only last @ 10 or so seconds. Will happen randomly to my leg a couple times in a row. First ime thought something was biting me but no marks. Nothing. Been told I have fibromyalgia. Have other random tendinitis like symptoms as well that seem to move around. Sometimes have to limp it hurts and then next it's in my elbow.

I have officially been diagnosed with fibromyalgia. Lots of specialist now doing a lot with it. Started taking low dose naltrexone (LDN) and slot of the symptoms have gone away.

Felt the exact description that you gave. Woke up in the middle of the night with feeling of a cigarette burt in my inner tight. It freaked me out. Thought it was a may be something that bit me, but there were no marks that night or the next day. Did you have more episodes? did you find out what this was?

I have the same thing. I was taking vitamin D daily and stopped. When I stopped it went away completely. I tried taking it again and it came back so I’m sure it’s the Vitamin D.
