my brother is a heavy meow user but since he been living with his friend 3 weeks ago he has gone onto cocaine plus meow everyday, he is now having pins and needles throughout his body and is feel pressure around his body he is shaking all the time and forgets what he has to do and what he have done so many times me and his pregnant girlfriend are really worried about him because we have heard that it could turn into a stoke and bleed on brain, plus heart attack please could youu comment and leave us know what is happening to him HELP!!!!!!

Meow is a stimulant and combined with cocaine it can be very dangerous, more so than either of them by themselves.
Your brother is at risk of a heart attack or stroke. His symptoms are due to the effect of the drugs on the central nervous system.
He needs to get off the drugs, somehow. There is no other way to stop the damage from progressing.
