I had a missed period on the 25th of february and I spotted for 1 day the week before.. I am having all the symptons, like nausea, back pain, urining more than usual, mooded.. I have took 3 pregnancy test and they both were negative. Should I wait a couple more weeks or should i go to the doctor and take blood test to find out

theres a such thing as having a false negative early on in a pregnancy so you prob are. i would go to the dr and have blood work done.
