Can diet pills make a pregnancy test neg?? I've been taking Lipo Black 6 and I lost a bunch of weight but while taking them I started gaining weight I've missed my period, I'm only about a week late.. I have symptons of being pregnant, like morning sickness, cravings, weight gain, sore breast .. but I keep getting a negative test so I was just wondering if the diet pill can make your test come back negative.
