Hi,
I need advice or something. I am quite overweight female with 30 lbs to much…
I really tried everything, pills, exercises, shakes, water, fruit, soups… there, I think, is no diet thing I haven’t tried. But as you see, nothing helped. But I also heard of this Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA), which is supposed to be a new answer. Is anyone here familiar with that?

I wouldn’t be so desperate … you are just 30 lbs overweight … I know many people that would be happy to be only 30 lbs overweight.
Do you know what is Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) from? Trust me, you don’t want to know. It is formed by bacteria that is in the digestive tract of animals, such as cows. You still want to try CLA? :-)
Besides that there are some smaller studies made, but there is no prove that Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) won't harm you in the long run. And some studies prove that CLA is effective, while others do not. Certainly, the safety issue is not defined with CLA, so be careful if using that.
