Okay theres something wrong with me lately.
I am relatively a very healthy person who does not get sick often... however, lately I have been having troubles waking up in the morning! I feel so sluggish and tired, and my family will comment on how pale I look.
I am not an overweight person, however I am not as active as I once used to be.
The only thing that I am scared of is Diabetes runs on both sides of the family (grand parents) and I am scared that I will get this one day...
Can anybody relate to this problem?
Your help will be appreciated!

We all have times when we are feeling sluggish and tired and not in the mood for anything. Being pale in the morning could be a consequence of some hard work you have been through, or some other physical efforts you had previously made. If this feeling doesn’t fade away, you should be tested for diabetes as you said it runs on both sides of the family and there might be a chance that you genetically inherited it. Feeling weak, fatigue and tired are some of the sudden symptoms of diabetes. As you already have these symptoms, you shouldn’t wait any longer, take the test for measuring the level of sugar in your blood. If the results show you don’t have a diabetes, I would suggest you to take the risk test to see if you are at risk for developing diabetes. The good news is that pre-diabetes is a condition that can be treated. However it is, you should consult your doctor!

I hope that this help you. I have hypothyroidism...it took years of drs figuring it out. I kept begging them to test me for that.It is the most underdiagnosed disease affecting people today. I was sooooo tired, i could not sem to get out of my own way. I told the dr, he paid no mind to meand told me it was stress. I started to get dry skin and my hair was "frizzy" all the time. I started to retain water in my hands, which was annoying. symptons fluctuate and differ from person to person. My disease did not even show up in my family drs lab work (he checked my TSH) wwhich was in "normal" range. I had a friend tell me to make an appointment with an endocronologist. I did. I was tested with lab work and an ultrasound....bingo thyroid issues. I was diagnosed with hypothyroid disease and treated with meds. If you are worried about being diabetic, the endo will treat and test you for that too. I was concerned about that too because I have it in my family too. good luck 2 you

Drink at least 4 glass of water immediately after getting up.
You can try taking different forms of liquid. i.e. nimbu pani, chaach, rasam, black tea, plain water every hour.
If found diabetic try to control it by
doing exercise like walking, jogging, skipping, cycling etc. light weight dumbles.
by taking medicine
by taking lot of vegetables and fruits
