for the past two weeks i have had very painful testicals, and every once in a while get a sharp pain in the tip of my penis....it never burns when i go to the bahroom but is this for sure an std??

If the pain is in your testicals I would suggest you see your doctor and let them know about it. You can get an ultrasound which is fast and painless and will let you know if anything is going on inside their.
It could be anything from growing pains to just a random pain.
Since I don't know anything about you I'd suggest a doc visit to figure it out and be on the safe side :-)
