Could I Get Pregnant in the Way I Was Fingered in My Description?

Helloooo, this is my first topic ever since I have just joined today. First off, I am 19 years old so I know I should know about all of this already but seriously, I am really scared (you have no idea). I will give out basically all the details for the most accurate responses so no, I'm not leaving anything out. Last week of June 7th, my boyfriend and I were making out (of course) on the couch in some other room in our house. It got really heated and it ended up to the point where my shirt and bra were lifted up only to my shoulders (Was wearing a T-shirt and jeans as well as he). So he just messed with my breasts a little, made out, ok. However, he took my right hand and put it in his pants to where I could give him a hand-job (not my first). I did for a while and then I kind of thought......that his penis was maybe a LITTLE wet. Actually not even that, it was so mild it felt as if it was just sweat or something. I could of been imagining it, but that's how mild it was. Eventually I pulled my hand out and from my understanding there was nothing there (it's easy to notice if there were right?). Afterwards, he undid his belt, button, and zipper and pulled it out and again, from my understanding, that was it and nothing more. I didn't notice him jack off at all or whatever.  After pulling it out (that was the only time he touched it from which i recall) With my jeasn and panties still on, he stuck his finger up and fingered me. I will admit, at the beginning it felt like he scratched me with his nail, but from then on it was great. That was basically the end of it, then we just hung out or whatever we did from there. Ever since that day, I have been having some symptoms. I don't know if this helps, but I am a former victim of having Panic Attacks. When I did have them, they would last for a very long time, depending on how scared or anxious I'd be. I got curious when my boyfriend left my house, and began searching the web CONSTANTLY to see if there is any way I could get pregnant from being fingered. When I read over the answers to similar posts, I freaked out because half of them read that it was possible if he had sperm on it. Some said you can with precum and a lot said only if he was SOAKING with semen. I mean, even thought I remember him not having anything on his finger I hounded him over and over since then asking if he had ANYTHING on his finger when he fingered me, or if he did anything at all (ejaculated, etc.). He would always reply no and he seems to really mean it. He keeps saying that I'll be fine and that he would have never fingered me if he had anything on his finger. period. We both belive that I'm having another one of my panic attacks and that's why I'm getting the symptoms I am getting. All I've ever gotten was an everyday really gassy stomach that cause me to burp and gas really constsanyl but sometimes (if bad enough) I will feel like throwing up but I DON'T REALLY NEED TO. I mean, I'm eating alright and not throwing up so there's nothing wrong as far as the flu goes. Sometimes my chest will hurt, and my most common panic symtpom from the past, short of breath. I have searched all of this up, and some say that it is a panic attack, meaning I'm scared that  really am pregnant, and my mind is causing me to have the actual symptoms because other places have said that you get these things when you are pregnant.What I've noticed is that I will be fin for hours if I forget by doing something I love doing but it'll shortly return when I become afraid of being pregnant again. THe one last symptom is my abdomen feeling kind of sore when I go to the restroom. even after, I'll still feel the pressure of having to go even though I just went. My opinion, on that though, is maybe I feel like that because earlier I mentioned that it felt like he scratched me wth his nail when he fingered me? Even on that, I don't always feel that way. All of these symptoms subside for the longest time and just come back (usually when I get scared again. Even now I feel fine. I was actually having the symptoms before I typed all of this. My next period is on June 24th, but I don't think it's really good to trust that since my periods are EXREMELY hard to keep track of. They are really irregular and sometimes starte the next month or whatever. Right now i have them towards the end, but sometimes it'll change and start the next month, causing my periods to be at the beginning of the month. I mhope this wasn't too lengthy, I jsut want to give as much information as I ca to get the most accurate answers. No intercourse, no blow job, everything was dry. Even before I fingered myself later in the day I washed my hands. I just THOUGHT (or imgagined) that his penis was mildly wet, and that when he just pulled it out after unzipping, that maybe, just maybe, he had something on his finger or hand that could get me pregnant?
