could i be pregant

My last period was 28th august 2009. Still no sign of it coming! I have lost count on the amount of urine tests i have done now. I have had blood test done once last month. I am under no stress at all have been actively trying to concieve and still am incase i'm not. My lower tummy is bloated, i have mild headaches, lower back pain which is getting worse, randomly vomitting no particular time of day, boobs are sensitive but not all the time. I recently went back to my doctor again which instead of sending me for blood test again he has asked me to wait a further 6 weeks to see if my period comes. Has anyone else been asked to wait this long? Its really starting to get to me that i keep getting fobbed off and is costing me an absolute fortune. My periods have been regular as clockwork every 28 days for at least the last year. So i cant understand why else they would just stop i have had hormones tested all came back fine thyroid test fine. Anyone have any ideas? Spotting since tuesday 3rd november 2009 i know its not my period its not heavy enough and not cramping.

I know have no idea when i'm ovulating i have spotted the last couple of days starting tuesday, i'm pretty sure it isnt my period because the first few days of my period i have really bad cramping i am having no cramping at all really just now and again. I am trying to get my doctor to refer me for ultrasound to make double sure there is nothing there, as they want to put me on a hormone to get my periods back but i'm not keen on taking these as may delay me getting pregnant longer. Any help or advice would be great ladies
