I have had 2 menstrual cycles since the last time I was sexually active, and now I am 4 days late. Could i be pregnant if I have had 2 Full/heavy cycles?

Since you have not had unprotected sex since your last period your probably not pregnant. Late periods can be caused by a lot of different factors. Have you recently been under a lot of stress? Have you started or ended any medications? Have you put on or taken off a lot of weight recently? Are your periods usually regular or irregular? Do you have any other problems with the late period including discharge, pain, ordor, hot to touch, rash, anything? If you are not having no other problems other than late period you are probably fine. If you are having any pain etc you should probably consult your doctor to get a check up.
