So I've had this lump near my vagina for a while now, and when I press down on it, it HURTS! It does not look like a cyst, and it is not red. Its just the color of my skin. And no hair really grows in that area or has ever grown in that area. I'm about to turn 16. And I've already told my mom about it. She says it's not normal. Does someone have any idea of what it could be? Or if I should be concerned? Please answer asap.

Hi, by what you described it sounds pretty much the same as a lot of females get at some point in there lives so as your mum said its nothing to worry about.
One thing you don't actually describe is exactly where abouts on your vagina it is, if you can do that then it would be easier to say what it might be :-)
