I started birth controll pills the end of july. I have a stomach illness i've had since i was young and the nasuea was too much, as soon as i ended my pack i stopped for a week. I started again sunday august 19th. had unprotected sex monday night, and vomitted tuesday around 4:00am due to my illness. Could i possibly be pregnant? If i am, when will i know for sure?

Hello, well people react differently to birth control pills. And sometimes taking those pills can have its side effects. It takes like 7 days for those pills to be effective. Some even say that it takes a day but I would not be so sure about it. I don’t know, from my point of view you are not pregnant. You said you were vomiting one day after having sex, so I think that is not a symptom of pregnancy because it’s too early. If you are still very worried about being pregnant you should definitely take a home pregnancy test. They are pretty accurate. Just make sure that you take it first thing in the morning and that it has been at least 10 days since your last unprotected sex. Hope this helps
