My wife and I have been trying to get pregnant. We did an home insemination.. AF comes reularly every 30 days,she is so predictable I can determine the time that she will come for her visit. After this past time of doing the insemination,noticed some spotting 4 days before AF was due (I never spot).. then on the 30th day( the day that she was suppose to visit,she did but it wasn't normal). There was no clotting,and it was very light. Took a pregnancy test,and it came back negative.

Now I am noticing that I am bloated and having a pain on the lower right side of my stomach,been feeling fluttering within my stomach,and it is not gas.. went to the doctor,and still haven't found out any results. So trying to find out if anyone else has experienced these symptoms and still been pregnant.. my friend said it could be an etopic pregnancy..need help please
