I have had a normal 5 day period that ended on the 5th of april then had unprotected sex on the 14th with another heavy period 2 days after now no matter what I eat or drink I feel nausea and I've had a couple of headaches

I'd say to wait till your next period is due. If you miss it, take a test. If not, I wouldnt be to worried about it
