i am 18 years old, i've always had irregular periods since iv've been 13 years old. i became sexually active when i was 16. i've NEVER used protection, but we use the pull out method all the time. i only get my period 3-4 times a year and it only last like about 3-4 days 5max. but just a few days ago i haven't felt the best. i feel depressed because my bf broke up with me and i dont have nobody to discus this with. but i wanted to know if a pregnacy test would be accurate enough, or what should i do?? i really what to know if their is a chance for me to get pregnant with an irregular period???

Hi Texas,
Yes, you can get pregnant with an irregular period.
The pull out method is very risky.
You can take a home test but wait 3-4 weeks after you've had sex. It's going to be hard to time when to take it exactly but that should give enough time for implantation to occur and hCG, the hormone the kit looks for, to rise high enough to detect.
Good luck.
