I last had my period the week of 9/19/06, and it was completely normal. For the past few days I have been having light pink-brown spotting and mild abdominal cramping, but definetely nothing like menstrual cramps. I am not due for my period for another week at least. I have been on the pill for years, have had no lifestyle changes or stressors, and this is the very first time I have ever had spotting or cramping before my period. Could i possibly be pregnant? And yes, I know I'm on the pill, but my daughter is now 1, and was conceived on the pill, so anything is possible. any thoughts?
