I have a dark horizontal red line right above my circumcision scar on the front of my penis and have no idea what it is. I haven't had sex yet and it doesn't hurt or smell. It is really annoying to look at though and I have had it for about 4 or 5 years I'm guessing. It is noticeable when I am not erect but not noticeable much when I am. So what can it be?
Here is a picture that I made in MS paint of what it looks like. I've tried looking on the internet for a solution, but found nothing. I kind of looks like a red scar.
