Hi, I'm 17 years of age I had this problem before, so i bought some cream for "jock itch" and it almost immediately removed the problem. Anyway, at the bottom of my "shaft" there is this dead skin? stuff I can just run my finger across the bottom and have a bunch of it on my finger, when it was major it used to get really itchy, that's why I thought it was "jock itch". Now i can see it coming back and I'd like to know for sure what it is.
