Hi my name is Emily and I don't even know where to start but to say I hate how I look. I'm 5'3 and weigh 170, the thing is I don't even look like it but I hate my body and I'm always around skinny people or always my family telling me I'm so fat and I need to lose weight. The thing is I have hypothyroid so I know it won't be easy but any recommendations for the quickest way to lose weight no matter how unhealthy it is.... I'm not happy with myself and even think about starving myself .. Please help
