Hi, I am 56 years old male. Five years ago I started to wear glasses. Doctor told me that I have presbyopsia. Sometime ago I noticed deteriorating of my vision. Also, I suffered from diabetes since I was kid. Is it possible that my vision changes are caused by the thing they call "diabetic retinopalhy"?

Hi, I have diabetes as well. I have problems with my vision too. And I am 60. As I heard "diabetic retinopathy" can cause the deteriorating of vision, but is not the only reason. Your preshiopsia can cause it too. If you don't wear your glasses regularly it can increase. Also, if your work is related with computer or reading, small letters specially, your vision can get worse. The best idea is to visit your doctor and find out.
