Hi all.  I would appreciate any input.

I am 32yo W F.  A month ago I noticed swelling above both collar bones.  Up until the last two weeks it did not bother me at all and figured maybe I'm just swollen.  2 weeks ago I began feeling pressure in that area and throat (only visibly swollen just above collar bone both sides).  I went to my doctor last Tuesday (almost a week ago) and she ran a full panel of blood work and gave a sterioid shot. The steroid shot did nothing for the swelling. The only thing that came back abnormal was a high eGFR.  Nothing else was out of range.  Other than the swelling I only have extreme fatigue.

A year and a half ago I was diagnosed with Graves disease.  Due to a mulinodular goiter I had a TT December of 2013 and have no pressure or pain there any longer.  It was not cancerous.  I do have Thyroid Eye Disease but only minor. I have had my tonsils removed because they were abnormally large back in 2008. (Trying to think of any info I can share that may help with responses).

I want to know what the possibilities could be and if I should be pressuring my doctor to move faster with giving me an answer as to what is going on.  I'm concerned...

I have the same thing. This is the second time that I have noticed it. It feels swollen and spongy on both sides. I have Hashimoto's and I do have nodules on my thyroid.I don't have a clue as to what it is.

I recently found out that I have 4 cervical herniated disc's. One that is directly behind my voice box, oddly enough *insert sarcasm* given the situation. Are you getting migraines as well? Have you had an ultrasound of your neck recently for the hashi?
