I am 20yrs old, not on birth control but we do use condoms. I lost my virginity in early March; I started what seemed to be my period on the 18th but it was very short than usual. Only lasting 2-3days. Early April my boy friend and I had sex again; throughtout the month I felt a little different. On the 18th of April my period didn't come but my breasts at this time were hurting and my back hurt. (Like a regular period) but two days ago I got a sharp cramp like pain. I didn't think much of it. But I thought about taking a pregnancy test this Fri just to calm my nerves. But my period arrived today. It began with strong cramps; when I changed my pad i saw a piece of tissue. Idk what to think. I'm can't say I wasn't pregnant but I can't say I was. I feel bad cause a couple of days ago I thought of the possibility and I was praying that I wasn't. And if I was; I feel like I may have stressed so much I probably caused it.

It is impossible to know but you very well may have. Although if you are always using condoms, it's a very low possibility. Sometimes the strength of periods varies. And "tissue" can just be from your own uterine wall or blood clots.
