ive had this spot on the right side of my scrodum now for a year or so. its about the size of a dime. lighter in color than the rest of the skin around it. it iches very much. ive been putting cortizone cream on it for the iching but it never goes away. its not hard or lumpy just a noticable circular spot that iches alot. any ideas what could cause this?
