i want to know what is wrong with me. it's only happened the past two times i had sex with my boyfriend. as soon as were done i try to get up and i can't because i feel really dizzy and the room is spinning and i feel like im getting ready to throw up and pass out. i have to lay down otherwise i feel like im going to fall out on the floor. i dont know why this has started to happen, i need to know whats wrong with me

I had the same kind of thing happen to me. I won't say I was going to throw up, but I had ringing in my ears, too. It stayed around for about 5 or 6 hours. I read a link about the release of Serotonin (like an anti-depressant) and am trying to find out more, so I would start there. I am in very good shape so I know it isn't anemia or some other breathing problem or low/high blood pressure.
