Day before yesterday I started feeling lightheaded then yesterday it was so bad that unless I was laying down I was dizzy and very nausious. I don't feel like eating and though I felt better in the afternoon and evening the symptoms returned as soon as I got up this morning. At one point when I first got up the room was spinning.
