Have you been under some kind of stress lately? The symptoms you have mentioned could easily be just the consequence of overreacting with your job, not getting enough of sleep and eating irregularly.
If this is the case try to sleep more and adjust your nutrition. There are foods which can increase your energy level and make you feel a lot better. Also if you are drinking sodas try to avoid them and replace this habit with drinking plenty of water.
