If I conceived May 1st, why am I due Feb 5th ?

A due date of Feb 5 corresponds to your LMP starting on May 1.
Most doctors add 40 weeks to your LMP to calculate the due date.
You did not conceive on May 1. No one, no doctor, no app, NOTHING can tell you when you conceived. It is all an approximation. With an LMP on May 1 you'd likely have ovulate between May 12-17. Conception would have occurred a few days later.

If I ovulated in the last week of April, how did I get a period May 1st ? My periods are regular and I start in the middle of the month. My period would've been May 14th or something like that I'm 12 weeks today I'm confused is it the May guys baby u think ? Or do u think the April guy I had sex with the April guy April 26th (well we had sex all throughout April) I had sex with the May guy May 11th and May 16

If you are 12 weeks along, today, that again corresponds to May 1 for your LMP. Is this date by ultrasound? If so, it is an estimate.
Your LMP should have been around April 16 - based on when you expected your May period. You'd normally ovulate sometime between April 27 and May 1. It would have been VERY early for implantation bleeding to occur on May 1. It was most likely ovulation bleeding - they appear similar.
In any case the April guy would be the likely father.
It is very UNLIKELY that the May guy would be the father. With your period expected May 14, you'd have been near/at your lowest fertility when you had sex with him on May 11 and 16.

And when if my period was May 1st then wouldn't it be the May guy if I ovulated around my birthday or is it still a better chance it being the April guy ?

You said your period was in the middle of April. You'd ovulate near the end of the month. The egg only lasts 48 hours before it is not viable. Having sex on the mnay 11 would be too late.
IF your period was on May 1, then yes, the May guy could very well be the father.
I do not believe you had a period on May 1. It could have been ovulation bleeding you saw.
