I have noticed a yellow-sticky discharge when I urinate. It only shows every three days. I have also noticed a fishy, but not to bad of a smelll also. I don't have any pain when I urinate, but I do notice that my stomach feels hot to the touch(fever).

Well, since your symptoms are not that pronounced, you would need to see a doctor and have this checked.
If it is not an STD, it could be another kind of infection that needs treatment anyway.
Yellow sticky discharge as well as fishy odor are signs of both bacterial and fungal infections. While fungal infections are not considered STD’s, they still need antifungal drugs to take care of the problem.
Your doctor can tell if it is fungal infection by simply looking at your vagina and she may order a vaginal swab test to check for your vaginal flora-the balance between bacteria and fungus.
Don’t prolong the doctor’s visit as bacteria can cause complications and in some cases lead to infertility.
