Hey, just today i found a large lump about 6-7mm each way in a sphere shape. i am 14 yrs old nearlly 15. i do not feel any pain or anything. i have searched the symptoms and the only one i have is the lump on my testicle. Last week a lad punched me in the testicles for a laugh. i am not sure if i have cancer and i am quite a bit scared. Please can someone get back to me
