well im 16; and like talk to my self. but its two different people. like i make my self cry becuase i hurt my own feelings. like the other person is mean to me or something.

Hey sweetie, I am so sorry for your worry. I am not schizophrenic, but I do have a brother who is. I recommend you don't stress your self out too much about it because it could be nothing at all. Many people talk to themselves, but I do strongly recommend telling a parent or a school counselor about your concerns. That is the best thing you can do right now in your situation.



I also suggest not isolating yourself. Try to hang out with friends, family, joining a club at school, or church, maybe even a sport. Those things usually help de-stress. Please do tell a trusted, loving, adult. Good Luck.
