i'm a girl. 16 yrs old. i'm confuse what is wrong with me? i need a solution yet i don't know the question i want to ask. i just wish that somebody telling me something( not the things that you guys think i want to hear but the things that you really meant). i feel that this world is full of negative than positive things. i know some people will say that:This world is imperfect and...i'm thinking too much all this stuff. but the thing is the more i understand how this world works and these dark secrets that are hidden from the light i felt scared. i feel like i'm only noticing the bad side so i switched to looking at the bright and nice side of this world. sometimes i just wondered what am i scared of when everybody is taking a risk living in this world.

I believe you are just going through a phase. You remind me of myself a bit.

Yes, you do have a point. But that is of course one way to look at it. But, you are not supposed to worry yourself about the problems in the world. You'll just burden your self. You need to look after your self, how to better to your self, your family and your friends. That is your universe and you need to make it the best you can. Enjoy life, don't pity it. 

Have this in mind. There is no evil in this world, there are no bad things. There's only the lack of good and the lack of good things. Think about it like this. What is darkness?

Darkness is just a word that we humans made up to describe the lack of light. Just like there is no cold, just a lack of heat. It's the same with negative people. There are no bad people, there are just people with no good in them.

So if you want to make this world a better place, stop believing that world is a negative place and be as good as you can. That way you will make this world a better place. If only all the people in the world thought so.

Hi, it can be so confusing when you hit your teens. You start to question everything and see all the problems of the world. It is normal as a teenager to do this. But it also needs to be balanced with the good things around you. This can be hard because of the hormonal changes that are going in with you. But it is important to look for the wonderf things in life, even it especially if things are hard. A great way to become more positive is to keep a gratitude journal. Each day write down at least three things you are grateful for. These cab be seemingly small things like an icecream or a sunny day, or things like help from a trusted friend, a song you like, anything that you value. It really does work to help people feel happier. Google gratitude diary and you'll find more information. Also watch your moods. Are you negative all the time? Is this interfering with school work or friendships? Have you lost interest in doing the things you would normally enjoy? Do you have low energy levels? If any of this applies talk to a trusted adult, a parent, teacher, school counselor. You don't need to go through this alone. Also, keep in mind that while some terrible things happen in the world, and while everyone will go through some pain and loss life can be a great joy and there are wonderful people in the world. If you are truly concerned about the world the first step in helping to make it a better place is to look after yourself, find the positive in life. Then you can be a force for change. You might not feel like it right now but you have the power to make a difference. Good luck, take good Cate of yourself and don't be scared to ask for help.
